You can expect to see the new rate in one to two billing cycles following your enrollment in the program.
Your natural gas will still be delivered and billed through your current utility, but your supply will come from ONG and appear as a separate line item on your bill. Please note: natural gas supply rates do not include taxes, gas delivery charges or other utility fees.
Yes, how you pay your natural gas bill will not change.
If you move to a location within the aggregation program boundaries, you will be able to continue participating in the program with the same natural gas supply rate. If you move outside of the aggregation program boundaries, you will no longer be eligible to participate.
If you are under contract with another supplier, you may incur an early termination fee or other charges from that supplier if you do not opt out of this program.
Instructions and the deadline for opting out of the program are contained in your "Welcome Letter".
You may terminate your participation in the program at any time without penalty.
Yes, if you opt out initially and change your mind later, you may join by calling Ohio Natural Gas at 1-800-974-6513.
